We draw on our experience bringing international beauty brand clients to these places and their reputation within the industry. We then consider which options fit your interests, preferences, available time and budget.
Can this fit into a short trip?
Share your available time and anything already booked that day. We’ll consider the experience and travel time together, so your beauty experience fits the rest of your trip.
Do I need to speak Korean?
We help communicate your preferences and requests to providers before your visit. We’ll also explain the language support available at each location before you book.
Can I come with friends—or on my own?
Both are welcome. Let us know what each person wants to try and whether staying together matters. You can also request just one experience.
Will I know the costs before deciding?
We’ll explain the concierge service and its fee before you decide to go ahead. You’ll also review the costs and inclusions of your proposed experiences before we make the bookings. Changes to your plan need a revised cost confirmation.
Will I be encouraged to buy extra products or services?
We agree on the services in advance and ask providers to keep the experience focused on what you’ve booked. Anything beyond that should only be added if you want it and agree to the cost.
Do providers pay you a commission?
No. We’re paid by you for our service. We do not receive commissions from clinics, salons or other providers.
